Best Brunches near your Uptown Dallas Apartments

  |     |   Uncategorized

Have you figured out which neighborhood brunch spot is your favorite? There are a ton of awesome brunch restaurants in the area around our West Village Dallas apartments, but not all brunches are created equal. That’s why we’ve decided to provide you with a list of the top-rated brunch spots in town.

In the blog post below, we’ll be sharing reviews of three of the most popular eateries in the area. Whether you’re looking for something upscale or a casual dining experience, you’ll find what you need on the list below. The nice thing about the brunch scene here is that restaurants put an emphasis on the overall brunch experience, rather than simply focusing on the food.

With that said, let’s get right to the list of brunch spots! Oh, and when you’re done reading through it, please be sure to share the link to this page with your friends and neighbors at your community of Uptown Dallas apartments.

Bread Winners Cafe & Bakery

If you order nothing else at Bread Winners Cafe & Bakery, be sure to get the French toast with banana pudding on top. It’s simply divine. If you’d like something a little more filling, try the chicken and waffles dish. The chicken is juicy and the waffles are perfectly cooked, but the abundance of gravy makes this dish something special. Whatever you decide to get for brunch, be sure to pair it with a famous Bread Winners bloody mary.

Crickles and Co

We love Crickles and Co because of the easy ordering process. Brunch can be a lengthy experience, but Crickles and Co simplifies things by having you order up front and wait for your food. You can even grab a mimosa or sangria carafe and bring it to your table while you wait! The pancakes and muffins are great, but the real highlight of the menu is the chef’s omelette. This beast of a dish comes with brisket, goat cheese and all the seasoned eggs you can handle.

Smithy

The most popular dish at Smithy is the Hangover 2.0, which is essentially a fried chicken sandwich with a side dish of gravy. It’s a ton of food, but isn’t that what you’re looking for when you go out for brunch? If you want to be a little adventurous with your brunch meal, try the Japanese pancakes. They’re super thick, super sweet and come covered in fresh fruit.
